How it Works
ClearlyIP has developed a new system called “Spoke” that enables the real-time integration of a wide variety of connected systems with Clearly Cloud.
When a call is initiated or received, Spoke can automatically capture and sync call history and caller information across CRM systems and Clearly Cloud’s Call Panel. This integration facilitates click-to-call functionality directly from CRM, real-time call pop-ups within the CRM interface for inbound calls, and much more.
