The ClearlyIP team is hard at work improving our products and building new features… Some of the best ideas for new features come from people who use the products every day, so we’re excited to announce the availability of an upgraded portal where users can submit feature ideas, vote on existing requests, and check roadmap status!
Submit New Feature Ideas
You can easily submit a new idea via a simple form inside the portal where you’ll describe what you want–make sure to mention which product it applies to–and rank the importance of the feature. Once you’ve submitted your idea, you’ll always know what’s going on as it progresses… We’ll send you email updates as we evaluate each request as it moves through the development pipeline.
Upvote Existing Ideas
Let your voice be heard on existing ideas! The portal also allows you to review and upvote feature requests submitted by other users. Search (using the search box at the top of the portal) or browse through the available requests to see what others have come up with… Rate each feature “Not Important”, “Nice-to-have”, “Important”, or “Critical” to help us with planning.
Accessing the Portal
- Log into the ClearlyIP Cloud Portal: https://cloud.clearlyip.com
- Navigate to “Support / Feature Requests”
- Browse and search existing ideas or submit your own by clicking “Submit idea”.
