ClearlyIP is excited to have added XCast Labs’ products to its portfolio of solutions. As one of the original innovators in IP PBX and SIP Trunking, the XCast team has created a rich array of features that have become essential to customers.
XCast has found a good home within ClearlyIP, where its core team includes some of the most prominent and experienced leaders within the open source telephony community–collectively responsible for the creation of FreePBX and widely acknowledged to have accelerated the global migration from legacy telecommunications systems over the last two decades.
ClearlyIP’s offerings include its award-winning Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) Clearly Cloud platform, hospitality-focused ComXchange systems, full suite of IP Phones, VoIP gateways, 4G wireless survivability appliance, as well as its industry-leading SIP Trunking platform.
It remains ClearlyIP’s goal that all XCast partners and customers will continue to have access to the same services they’ve come to rely on without disruption. ClearlyIP is fully committed to delivering a quality support experience and to maintaining the product capabilities that XCast customers depend on. (In fact, we’ve just added to the team supporting XCast products and upgraded the helpdesk/ticketing experience!)
The only immediate change is that as members of the ClearlyIP family, XCast partners and customers now have access to the full suite of ClearlyIP products and services. With a comprehensive range of modern features across an entire portfolio of solutions, partners can immediately begin to win more deals and grow business.
While there is no planned requirement that XCast customers transition to Clearly Cloud or other ClearlyIP products, the Company is committed to providing that option by executing a product roadmap that brings specialized XCast Labs features to Clearly Cloud.
At any time, XCast customers and partners can view product demos and schedule time with ClearlyIP staff to explore the Company’s other products and services. For those who desire to migrate to Clearly Cloud or implement other ClearlyIP products within their sites, the team will work to ensure a seamless transition.
