Cloud Portal Improvements

Corey McFadden

We’re always working on lots of enhancements and new features designed to improve your experience with our cloud portal and are excited to announce the launch of three new features designed to improve your billing experience…

ACH Payment Method Now Available

Customers in the United States can now use ACH (Automated Clearing House) as a payment method in the Trunking Cloud Portal. This feature is not enabled by default for all customers, but it is available under the following conditions:

  • Customers with a master agent can use ACH.
  • Customers with no payment issues for more than 90 days can also use ACH automatically.
  • Other customers who do not meet the above criteria can reach out to us to have ACH enabled manually via our backend. Once enabled, they can set up ACH payments seamlessly.

For more detailed information on setting up ACH, please refer to our documentation here.

Additional Invoice Emails

Managing billing communications is now easier with the ability to add up to 10 email addresses for invoice notifications, even if they are not listed as contacts on your account. (Previously, you had to create a contact and assign them as a billing type to receive invoices…) With this update, you can continue using contacts as billing contacts or simply add emails to the new “Additional Invoice Emails” field, ensuring they are CC’d on all invoices.

Learn more about this new feature here.

Set Payment Terms of Net 15 for Existing Customers

Agents now have the flexibility to set Payment Terms of Net 15 for existing customers, a feature that was previously only available during the creation of a new sub-customer. This feature includes a default credit limit of $500. If a customer requires a higher credit limit, they can request an increase and complete a credit application.

This update empowers agents to better manage customer accounts and offers more options for customers with evolving payment needs. You can learn more about this feature in our documentation here.

These new features are part of our ongoing commitment to providing the best tools and services to our customers and partners. We’re excited for you to try them out, and as always, we appreciate your feedback.
