Clearly Cloud Partner Training

Join us for Partner level technical training on ClearlyIP’s Clearly Cloud Platform.

We’ll cover the basics for getting started, then we’ll review how to purchase a new location and manage all your clients from your Partner Login. Once we have a new system purchased, we will go through some basic call flow setups by creating some users, IVRs, and different call flows on your demo system.

Then we’ll configure and provision devices, including ClearlyIP’s CIP IP Desk Phones from the ClearlyIP Cloud Device Manager (CDM) that is included with each Clearly Cloud purchase.

Lastly, we will do In-depth training on the End User Call Panel to optimize your end-user experience and help you close more sales.

This session will help you gain confidence and develop a deeper understanding of the tools and features of Clearly Cloud.
