Clearly Cloud: May Updates

We’re excited to give you an update on the progress we’ve made improving Clearly Cloud’s resilience and scalability. Much of our focus has been on this, as well as addressing issues affecting customers. There has been a lot of work completed, so please have a look below for details.

We’ve got plenty more coming, as well as some great new features. As always, please keep the feature requests and suggestions coming!
 

Notable Additions & Improvements

MGM: Sort calls by Duration within Active Calls

When troubleshooting issues with connected calls, sorting by call duration is now available–making it much easier to identify long or short calls.

  • Faster Call History loads and searches.
  • Audio on inbound calls could drop after a time when using the softphone in Call Panel where multiple Call Panel tabs are open.
  • Duplicate call cards and audio issue with inbound calls could occur in Call Panel, depending on the login method, immediately after initial login.
  • Duplicate call information in several sections of Call Panel, depending on how many websocket sessions a user had open.
  • BLF status might not change when using feature codes, such as toggling Time Conditions via dialing a code.
  • Call Panel softphone session timeout management enhancements.
  • Authentication token refresh management in Call Panel.
  • Unrelevant entries could appear in the Duplicated NATed userloc Report.
  • Some time zones were not usable in Queue Reports.
