New Additions
Search and Filter Voicemail by Date and Folder
Quality of life feature for making keeping track of your voicemails even easier. You can now search and filter your voicemail messages by date and folder, making it a breeze to find exactly what you’re looking for. Whether you’re catching up on missed calls or organizing your inbox, this feature saves time and helps you stay on top of your missed calls and voicemail messages.
Direct Link to User DIDs in Welcome Emails
Getting started with Clearly Cloud is now smoother than ever. The welcome email for new users now includes a direct link to their assigned DIDs (Direct Inward Dialing numbers). This ensures that users have quick access to their numbers right from the start and later for any quick reference, simplifying setup and minimizing confusion.
Other Improvements & Bug Fixes
- Resolved an issue with the can_watch_users permissions for DIDs.
- Addressed a problem preventing OTP entry when a holiday theme was displayed.
- Fixed an issue where new chat messages would be hidden behind the menu on mobile
- Fixed an issue with click-to-dial a contact when the number was an extension
- Restored functionality for the expand option on the Users page within the Call Panel
- Resolved inconsistencies with the SMS filter list by DID on the Call Panel
- Fixed CLID prefix not getting removed from FollowMe in the Call Panel
- Fixed the sort by options on the Users page in the Call Panel as it was not working correctly
- Updated FollowMe settings to allow the use of international numbers
