Clearly Cloud: Mid-Summer Updates
As usual, the ClearlyIP engineering team is hard at work on lots of platform improvements and new features for Clearly Cloud. In the meantime, we’ve got some bug fixes and everyday improvements we want to share!

Improvements
Time Condition Early Open / Early Close activation via dialing *27 can now be accessed by users with the proper permissions. This will make toggling time conditions via a phone call much easier for users.
Call Panel : Voicemail screen now includes an AI-detected message category in the grid, helping users see quickly what messages are most important.
Permissions can now be set which allow Click to Dial for other extensions from Call Panel.
Bug Fixes
- CRM integration issue with answered events fixed.
- Issue with *60 recording feature code corrected.
- Resolved issue with name validation for video conferences.
- Fixes an issue with new user emails not being sent.
- Problem with tag management for personal contacts resolved.
- Call history display in Call Panel for other users fixed.
- Fixed an issue with voicemail notification emails not being sent in certain scenarios.
