Notable Additions & Improvements
Queue Reports
A newly revamped report now allows Call Panel users to get detailed analytics about their Call Queues–including reports across various queues, details for different time frames, agent activity, and much more! Check out our KB for more details.
Voicemail Module Improvements
A revised responsive layout better organizes how voicemails are displayed in the Call Panel UI as well as within Clearly Anywhere. This module now appears and operates more like common mobile voicemail platforms, making things easier and more consistent for new users. Additionally, the UI now makes better use of voicemail summaries (when transcription is enabled) so users can more quickly see which messages are important.
Ring Groups: Early Answer Configurability
You can now configure whether a Ring Group signals “Answer” immediately, allowing longer workflows when calls are being routed across systems or other scenarios.
Other Improvements & Bug Fixes
- Ring Groups now allow external numbers and extensions to be dialed in any order
- DTMF transfers via “##” can now be disabled
- Updates the Call Panel ringtone (additional configurability will be available in a future release)
- Voicemail: Fixes a date value which prevents messages from being shown in Call Panel under some scenarios
- Time Conditions issues when saving some dates
- An Error pop-up when saving Users occurred occasionally
- A scenario existed where voicemail notification emails would not be sent
- Screen pop issue for direct calls
- Call Park would not use the correct parking slot occasionally under certain circumstances
- Click to dial sometimes required a page reload in order to work
- Bulk deleting call recordings which would fail if a recording wasn’t found
- Sometimes users were unable to close the active audio conference member panel in Call Panel after opening it
- Duplicate users could appear in an active Audio Conference in Call Panel
- Error scenario when loading the Call Detail Record (CDR) menu in Call Panel
